RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Draper, UT that is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer. This position is Remote (United States), with potential for occasional office visits if located near our Salt Lake City office.Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our client's enterprise applications team as they continue to innovate and optimize their Salesforce platform. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with business analysts and product owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions. This position is a contract-to-hire opportunity, with the intention to convert to full-time employment after a three-month contract period.Responsibilities:- Senior Salesforce Developer will collaborate with business analysts and product owners to understand and refine business requirements
- Develop and implement technical solutions in Salesforce, focusing on both user experience and technical feasibility
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members
- Develop and maintain expertise in Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce integration tools (REST, SOAP)
- As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will work with large-scale Salesforce orgs, primarily focused on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Collaborate with integration tools such as Boomi for seamless integration with NetSuite ERP and other custom-built platforms
- Actively participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews
REQUIREMENTS:
- Salesforce Developer certifications (Platform Developer I and II) are required, with Advanced Administrator certification considered a plus
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a senior development role, with a focus on Salesforce development
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
- Familiarity with integration tools such as Boomi
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning Flows, and Salesforce integration technologies (REST, SOAP)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions effectively
- Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude and a sense of humor
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
