Position Details

Summary

The Social Media Coordinator/Copywriter will implement the bank's social media strategies and tactics; write, review and edit marketing material; and assist with promotions. They will also be responsible for collaborating with other marketing and sales professionals to develop successful social media campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver engaging and informative social media content for various social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with business lines to increase engagement and ensure approved social media presence, utilizing Denim Social (social media management tool).
  • Help execute internal and external promotions.
  • Utilize SEO to optimize campaign content.
  • Review analytics and create reports on key metrics.
  • Manage external content and monitor conversations for a variety of channels including but not limited to: Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest and any future channels.
  • Oversee the social media governance committee.
  • Assist with writing monthly blogs and other marketing materials.
What Do You Need for this Position?

Job Requirements
  • Degree in Journalism, PR, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3-5 years relevant experience in one of the above fields with increasing social media digital marketing responsibilities.
  • Exemplary writing skills.
  • Experience with social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
  • Familiarity with Facebook Insights, Google Analytics and other metrics tools for reporting on community size and engagement.
  • Experience with Photoshop and knowledge of how to create/post image and video-based content to our social networks.
  • Web publishing experience strongly preferred.
