RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client, a well-stablished and growing global organization is seeking a motivated Software Engineer (Python, APIs) in Westborough, MA.Summary:In this visible role, you will design and develop APIs and software for scalable web-based applications in a collaborative environment. The candidate will enhance applications by identifying opportunities for improvement and designing and implementing those improvements. The Software Engineer will communicate with key stakeholders to gather requirements and build innovative solutions to meet company goals.REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of python development experience
- Strong knowledge of API design and development
- Experience with REST APIs
- Knowledge of JavaScript, Typescript, or related programming language
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Knowledge of cloud technologies such as Azure or AWS preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
