Location

We are seeking a clinically exceptional Sonographer to support outpatient practices - Family Practice and/or Specialties. Locations are throughout the North Shore region and hours are flexible. A set primary location or rotation of sites (Salem MA, Newburyport, Swampscott, Peabody) is something that can be discussed.

General Overview

Under the administrative direction of the Manager of Imaging Services, the Sonographer (Ultrasound Tech) performs ultrasound procedures at a level of competence not requiring constant supervision to technical detail. Assumes responsibility for designated areas, procedures and students as assigned.

Qualifications
Qualifications

  • Experience
    • Preferred: A minimum of one year of experience as a sonographer preferred, but not required.
  • Education
    • Required: Satisfactory completion of formal Ultrasound Training program.
  • Licensure
    • Required: Registration or registration eligible by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS)(RDMS) and must be certified within 12 months of hire.
