To build on that success and support future growth, we are seeking a collaborative, proactive Sourcing Associate with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. What You'll Do:
As a Sourcing Associate within a category team of the Home or Apparel divisions, you'll be responsible for successfully sourcing and procuring products for multiple brands that deliver the best possible value in price and quality while balancing risks and regulatory concerns.
You'll partner with Category Merchandising, Planning, and Inventory to ensure domestic and international sourcing activities are aligned to meet and adapt to the goals of the organization.
You'll also be responsible for:
• Evaluating and cultivating vendor relationships
• Facilitating product development and sample management
• Cross-functional support to Production, Inventory & Planning to ensure on-time delivery of product
Qualifications
What It Takes:
We need an experienced Sourcing Associate with an ability to quickly master internal software programs and systems with a high degree of accuracy. You must possess superior communication skills and thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional, collaborative team environment.
Ideally, you will have 3 or more years of previous product sourcing and cost negotiation experience. A bachelor's degree in a Business, Merchandising, or Logistics discipline is preferred.

• We value collaboration and believe that it often happens best in person; All Sourcing team members are required to work onsite at our Monroe, WI Design Center
