We are looking for a Spare Parts/Contract Specialist to join our growing team.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Take incoming calls from our National Account Customers to quote and process parts and service orders.
  • Maintain the Walmart Munters parts catalog system.
  • Quote Walmart orders through the Walmart Pulse system.
  • Work with the National Accounts Project Managers on parts orders for the Refurbish project.
  • Assist the Service Parts Manager on maintaining proper inventory levels.
  • Assist our customers with proper parts identification.
  • Assist with developing a proper contractor network.
  • Work closely with purchasing dept. on parts orders.
  • Assist with Shipping and Receiving
  • Forklift operator.
  • Collaborates and communicates with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products.
  • Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Picks, packs, and processes outgoing shipments in a proficient, safe, and efficient manner.
  • Receives, inspects, and processes incoming shipments
  • Assemblies, label trims, cuts, and general maintenance work as needed
  • Uses scales, counting equipment and printers
  • Performs quality checks and inspection of items in warehouse
  • Data entry, processing, and reporting
  • Organizes and priorities workload, working within tight deadlines
  • Thinks creatively and suggests process improvements to management
  • Prepares regular and periodic reports describing activity
  • Provides additional backup support for shipping and receiving department.
  • Promptly unloads trucks and deliveries and sorts and stocks receivables.
  • Maintains an accurate log sheet of daily moves, scanning inventory, and counting accurately.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Basic Hand Tool experience
  • Ability to use a tape measure
  • Basic Computer Skills - MS Suite
  • Ability to lift, stand, bend, walk and push up to 40 pounds daily
  • Strong Attention to Detail

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
  • HS Diploma or Equivalent

PREFERRED SKILLS/CERTIFICATION:
  • HVAC Preferred
  • Customer Service experience
