Job Description Summary:
Our team's goal is to maximize partner sales and commissions without sacrificing product quality or straying from the company vision. Specifically, for the Agency team, our goal is to help agency-managed merchants best leverage the Honey platform to meet their growth goals while adding value to the Honey shopping experience. As Sr Partnerships Associate on the Agency team, you will be helping to create the best possible merchant experience for partners/agencies in your portfolio in conjunction with the Partnerships Manager. It's an opportunity to be a part of a fast, innovative, and growing team at Honey that's set to enhance the way we interact with merchants on every level.

Job Description:

What You'll Do
  • Demonstrate initiative to manager and director (proactively seeking solutions, identify and execute on strategy)
  • Proactively respond to emails that are delegated to you that fall within your purview
  • Lead monthly recurring calls
  • Independently recommend products and optimization strategies based on merchant KPIs
  • Master concepts and vocabulary of the affiliate industry
  • Proactively identify merchants to setup calls with to grow relationships
  • Be able to understand client objections and develop ability to respond to objections
  • Compile notes and action items post-call/email/meeting and own the follow-up
  • Be able to Log all edits and new updates through the Honey CMS as well as partner conversations through Honey CRM
  • Showcase extensive knowledge for affiliate ecosystem and merchant needs and goals with-in affiliate
  • Audit and identify merchant performance issues proactively and escalate to integration or Merchant Ops teams as needed
  • Use data to identify and prescribe recommendationsto optimize performance
  • Attend conferences with Director, in-person merchant meetings and network roadshows

About You

•3+ years of relevant experience (online marketing, sales/account management, performance marketing, ad tech)

• Excellent written, verbal and in-person communication skills

• Knowledge of the affiliate marketing and/or digital ad tech space

• A passion for process efficiency, constantly looking to enhance and streamline processes that can be improved to make your teams work more meaningful and impactful

• An analytical mindset

• Problem finding & solving attitude
