Job Summary:

The Medicare Advantage marketplace continues to be increasingly competitive. This position will report to the Chief Growth Officer and must have an exceptional and successful track record of sustained successful sales results through remote management, leadership and motivational skills. Must have PDP conversion to MA expertise and strong track record across 5+ carriers, driving innovation on their strong base of best practice knowledge, and operate in a hands on and continual state of advancement and new innovation to drive growth.

This national Telesales sales leader is responsible for building the PDP to MA execution strategy, and has full responsibility to stand up the division from the ground up, implementing and overseeing the necessary compliance program, and month over month increased sales and overall scale. The individual will work collaboratively across multiple functional areas to align resources, effort, and data around the achievement of the plan. Goal oriented with a proven ability to manage execution and hold employees accountable to key performance indicators such as phone time, number of outbound phone dials, etc.

Success for this individual is defined by the effectiveness and results of their sales team, and considered a leader in performance management, advancement and optimization. They possess and inculcate a high degree of compliance consciousness across all agents.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Consistently successful in strengthening customer focus, reducing operational costs, and improving bottom line profitability through effectively leading complex projects.
  • Building, mentoring, motivating high performance teams that expand business opportunities and meet financial goals
  • Lead an inbound and outbound sales and service team with potential ability to scale to 50+ across a wide geographic areas consistently successful in strengthening customer focus, reducing operational costs, and improving bottom line profitability through effectively leading complex projects.

  • Collaborate with Compliance Department to identify client success training areas of improvement, while creating and implementing solutions
  • Ensuring that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly targets and KPI targets are met, by client success employees.
  • Directly responsible for Telesales for PDP conversion in addition to their direct acquisition or lead generation methods.
  • Monitor compliance and sales integrity benchmarks.
  • Build human performance management, proformas, and calculate cost per sale and acquisition cost to determine effective growth strategies.
  • Support sales channel to achieve health plan's qualified lead and enrolment goals
  • Partners cross functional leads and distribution owners. mine most effective opportunities to generate sales/leads Foster and nurture various community-based relationships within assigned areas; understand the covered benefits, non-covered benefits, exclusions, and exemptions. Keep informed and adhere to current CMS Marketing guidelines
  • Create and monitor telemarketing/outreach efforts as required.
  • Train licensed staff and external broker channel on plan offerings and the sales process

Requirements:
  • Medicare Outbound Telesales Management of PDP to MA Conversion
  • 8+ years of experience building programs; 4+ in a sales leadership capacia
  • Excellent working knowledge of Five9, Genesys, or other Enterprise Telephony Stack
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or 6+ years sales and preferred management experience
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Ability to lift up to forty pounds

Compensation:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this position is $150,000/year in our geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
