Superior Completion Services is currently seeking a Sr. Operations Project Managers to join their team in Lafayette, LA 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provides a highly competent level of technical assistance to operations and field personnel
• Point person for inquiries from client, field operations, technical services, and engineering
• Insure documentation accuracy and application
• Assist in the training of personnel involved with the project
• Peer review proposal drawings and sales orders
• Review inventory orders
• Review Rental equipment Requirements
• Review Assembly and test documentation
• Interact with clients and third party as needed during assembly and test
• Review installation procedure with clients
• Review installation procedure with tech sales and field personnel
• Work with field and tech personnel to develop contingency plans for critical operations
• Monitor and advise field personnel during equipment installation
• Manage Post Job review and implement changes as needed

• Verifiable experience in a supervisory capacity leading operational &technical staff.
• Interpersonal competence, good communication and presentation abilities, and time management proficiency are required.
• Downhole Completion Tool and Deepwater rig operational knowledge
• Ability to create and enhance client relationships

• Ability to read and understand Tool layout drawings.
• Ability understand to supervise Tool Testing Operations
• Proper application of engineering principles in problem solving
