Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Sr. SAAS Implementation Manager.

Position type: Full Time, Contract
Duration: 9 months, extendable long term or potential contract to hire
Location: Hybrid - MUST be local to Tampa

As a Sr. SAAS Implementation Manager,you will:

Spearhead the rollout of a SaaS-based work order management system. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of implementation methodologies, SaaS platforms, and work order management systems. You will closely collaborate with various departments across our organization to ensure a successful, efficient, and effective deployment of systems, ultimately enhancing our operational processes and service delivery. We will provide internal training on our systems.

Responsibilities:

• Along with 3rd party software vendors and internal team members, oversee the end-to-end implementation of the UtilizeCore platform, including planning, execution, and completion.
• Facilitate coordination among stakeholders including internal teams, external partners, and UtilizeCore representatives including leading meetings and taking notes/action items.
• Engage with various business units to understand and document their specific requirements and ensure the system configuration is tailored to meet these needs.
• Work with education team to make adjustments to any educational materials.
• Develop and oversee detailed implementation plans, tracking progress and providing updates on project status.
• Identify potential implementation risks, devise mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as necessary.
• Communicate end-user education videos (already created) and help to answer questions from users during Go-Live period.
• Act a liaison with 3rd party software vendors to assist in answering questions or driving follow-ups.
• Ensure all implementation objectives are met within the predefined scope, timeframe, and budget.
• Support data migration, system configuration, and testing phases of the UtilizeCore implementation.
• Establish a process for post-implementation review to evaluate success and identify areas of improvement.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in implementation roles, with a focus on software or SaaS platforms.
• Prior experience with work order management systems/ERP systems or experience in the facility services industry is highly preferred.
• Any relevant implementation or project management certification is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven capability to work autonomously and within a collaborative team environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Extremely organized and detail oriented.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $60/hour to $70.00/hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
