Our client, a litigation consulting firm located in Washington D.C. is seeking a Staffing and Development Manager to join their team!
About You:
- A Bachelor's degree is required for this role, advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in a professional services, legal, or consulting firm with a minimum of 3 years in operational roles.
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills.
- Exceptional organization and follow up skills as well as demonstrated sense of urgency and attention to detail.
The Job:
- Lead the project staffing process for billable and non-billable projects.
- Work closely with staffing and development team to improve staffing function across the firm
- Lead consultant performance review process and provide guidance in resolving problems.
- Communicate performance expectations, and coach advisors and employees through development needs.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and recommend guidelines and practices.
- Other duties as assigned.
