Position Summary

MAG Aerospace is seeking a highly qualified Standardization Instructor Pilot to support a large-scale Rotary Wing Aviation Training Program in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Provides oversight and management of flight instruction.
  • Conducts evaluation and training flights for program instructor pilots.
  • Assists in the development and application of policies regarding the standardization of flight training.
  • Conduct hands-on flight exams in aircraft as well as oral and written flight exams.
  • Serves as an Instructor Pilot for training of host nation students as required to meet training schedule requirements.
Requirements

Minimum Requirements

Experience:
  • 10 years total experience
  • Five (5) Years rated Pilot experience as a Standardization Instructor Pilot.
  • Two (2) Years as Instructor Pilot in any of the following: - MD-530, AH-6I, AH-64E, or UH-60M.
  • Minimum 1000 hours in category and 150 hours minimum of hood, weather, and simulator time combined.
Education:
  • FAA Commercial Pilot or US Military Pilot rating and the appropriate category endorsements.
  • Graduate of a Military Aviation Safety program (preferably the Army Aviation Safety Course)
Clearance:
  • Secret
Citizenship:
  • US Citizen
