Superintendent *Job Title:* Project Manager - Multifamily Construction
*Location:* Houston, TX
*Salary Range:* $150k - $180k

1.) Previous Project Manager Exp. with a Multifamily Construction Company
2.) Exp. with Podium, Garden, Mixed-use, and Wrap Projects Preferred
3.) A 4 Year Related Degree Preferred
What You Will Be Doing Currently, we are looking for a Project Manager that has ground-up multifamily experience. We are a fast growing real estate investment and development company with projects throughout Houston.

*Status: * Onsite

*Summary:* You will be assisting and supporting upper management in planning, along with directing and coordinating construction projects. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to project administration, prep and monitoring of schedules, project estimating, and construction contracting and schedule. You will also Implement project budget and cost control measures along with staying true to deadlines.
