What You Will Be Doing You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all phases of the field work performed by subcontractors and vendors in constructing high density residential and mixed use, and schedules for third party inspections of work in progress and ensures responses to any exceptions or punch list items noted by the consultants and inspectors.
What You Need for this Position Must be a seasoned multifamily superintendent with the right attitude!

Must have 7 or more years experience running stick framed apartment buildings; type 3.

3, 4 & 5 story buildings.
Podium, wrap and Parking garage exp:

Able to run project from start to finish (civil work to owner walks/punch)

Must be able to communicate clearly and productively with all sub-contractors, Venders, Inspectors, field staff & upper management.

Must be able to produce weekly updates and 5 week look ahead schedules

Must be able to conduct weekly sub-contractors meetings, OAC Meetings and local utility meetings

Computer literate with exp. In Excel, Procore, Adobe, etc.

Safety OSHA certified and safety conscious

Current projects in Florida
