What we need:

Mohawk is looking for an Order Execution Fulfillment Supervisor who can do more for Mohawk's Flooring North America brands.

The supervisor will plan, organize, direct, supervise, control, and improve the quality of the day-to-day as well as long-term activities of the branch customer service unit; according to Company standards to ensure customer satisfaction. This position works closely with Planning, Quality and Manufacturing to meet OTS, RFT and RST service expectations.

What you'll do:

  • Assigns duties to employees and schedules work hours and PTO, while keeping the department running smoothly to ensure great Customer Service.
  • Coaches, counsels, and trains employees in all job duties; including company policies, departmental procedures and any customer service skills needed. Conduct performance appraisals for department staff.
  • Receive, investigate, evaluate, and settle complaints and claims of customers when escalated.
  • Provides daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
  • Identify training needs of subordinates and coordinate with training department for training program.
  • Issues oral and written instructions to direct and indirect reports. Maintains an atmosphere of teamwork among employees and resolves grievances/issues.
  • Monitors unit activities for compliance to company procedures and workflows.
  • Work closely with Quality on all Replacement orders.
  • Manage 3+ Revisions.
  • Attend, participate and occasional present PowerPoint presentations in weekly service meetings.
  • Will work with management and Executive Leadership to gather needed data and analytics to report/present at meetings.
  • Identify areas of process improvements that will lead to better servicing the customer.
  • Train the SR Order Execution Fulfillment Specialist on best practices when allocating an order.
  • Engage and help build processes for the New Order Execution Team.

What you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, and 2-3 years of progressively responsible related experience. OR Associates Degree with 3-5 years related experience.
  • Experience must include a minimum of 2 years in a lead or senior role working with diverse work group.

What you're good at:

  • Understanding of and proficiency in activities that make up the functional accountabilities of Operations areas: methods, processes, procedures, and techniques.
  • Understanding of Company processing systems and interfaces as they impact department processing.
  • Thorough knowledge of Company operating procedures and HR policies.
  • Understanding of management practices: administrative management, project control, supervisory techniques, analysis and design techniques, quantitative methods; resource management; planning, logic follow-through.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; effective interpersonal skills. Good judgment, tact, and diplomacy, Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate employees and raise their skill levels.
  • Excellent knowledge of a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Broad knowledge of the Company's product and services and systems.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks and manages time effectively.
  • Strong commitment to customer/client satisfaction.
  • Planning and Inventory Management preferred.
