As a Direct Support Professional in our Transition Program, you'll help young adults transition into adulthood with the skills and tools they need to live independent and fulfilling lives! In this role, you will

  • Provide high-quality person-centered support and guidance
  • Build a bridge between the people you work with and their community
  • Teach meaningful life skills
  • Foster an environment of hands on learning

Qualifications

  • At least 18 years old
  • Great social skills
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Ability to lift, push and pull 50 pounds
