Industry leading supplier of surgical tools and equipment has an immediate opening on 2nd shift for a Surgical Set Kitter.
As a Surgical Tool Kitter, you'll

  • Perform 100% Quality Assurance inspections on loaner pool surgical sets for quality and functionality of component parts, including instruments and implants, per standard operating procedures, protocols and work instructions.
  • Perform data entry and system interface transactions to maintain accurate inventory reporting.
  • Perform appropriate surgical set dispositions for tracking of set processing
  • Perform surgical set processing assembly and replenishment with targeted turnaround time to ensure loaner pool surgical sets are readily available for use
  • Organize and construct new surgical sets based on Bill of Materials and documented processes and procedures.
  • Develop a strong knowledge of product lines and component parts
  • Conduct inventory cycle counts as required.
    • REQUIREMENTS:
  • High School Diploma required;
  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Previous Experience of 1-3 Years' experience in medical device, clean room, or related area preferred.
  • Demonstrated outstanding attention to detail and accurate information recording required.
  • Basic understanding of FDA, ISO, and GMP concepts and guidelines preferred
  • General computer knowledge required; experience in using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, Word) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system preferred
    • HOURLY RATE: $18
