This opportunity sits within our dedicated high-volume enterprise business team, supporting roles across multiple Computershare business lines, looking after the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition approval right though to selection and on-boarding of internal and external candidates. As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be an expert in your field and working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to agree appropriate recruitment and assessment strategies to attract and identify the right talent for their teams.

The TA Partner must possess top analytical and sophisticated critical thinking skills, have a background in deploying, interpreting and analyzing skills and psychometric assessments, use of digital technology tools for sourcing and selection, and has the commitment to hire people who will thrive in our organization.

  • You will be responsible for the management and delivery of recruitment across multiple business unit within Computershare. The role will support the Global Talent Acquisition Manager, and wider People team on people related projects, taking responsibility for recruitment activity.
  • You will work with a range of senior stakeholders and business units to provide a strategic and commercial Talent Acquisition service, continually looking for new ideas and improvements in attraction strategy, as you strive to ensure that the right people are in the right roles at the right time.
  • You will be an expert in your field, supporting, influencing, and providing expert advice to your stakeholders in the sourcing and selection of internal and external candidates. We aim to work to a direct sourcing model using tools and methods available to us, but you will also be required to manage and build relationships with third party suppliers.
  • Keeping up to date with market information, building your internal and external network and understanding your business areas and the role specific requirements is important to provide you with the credibility in front of your stakeholders and to ensure you are sourcing the best candidates in the market.

Experience
  • Experience of managing large requisition volume and professional roles.
  • Financial services recruiting experience, preferred.
  • Demonstrate proven experience in direct sourcing deploying sophisticated and rigorous strategies.
  • Ability to demonstrate a good understanding of employment markets and sourcing strategies appropriate to the role requirements.
  • Expert knowledge of recruitment processes and ATS systems (Oracle Fusion is highly desirable).
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of recruiting tools and job boards/websites such as Indeed, LinkedIn and others.
  • Knowledge and experience in a range of assessment tools, including competency matrices, psychometrics, group interview techniques and facilitating recruitment events.
  • Understand the importance of an exceptional stakeholder and candidate journey.
  • Strong analytical skills with intense focus for achieving key Talent Acquisition metrics with new hire retention as a milestone.
  • Collaborates and communicates well with the ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Expert at influencing others, challenge effectively and share information and ideas with others, while continuing to learn from those around you.
  • Enjoys a past faced environment, self-motivated and can use own initiative to recommend innovative solutions.
  • Pays attention to detail, finds root cause, and takes a rigorous approach to problem solving.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5 years full desk recruitment experience required.
  • Previous Oracle Fusion experience, preferred.
Travel Required

It is expected that this position may include travel up to 10% of the time. This is subject to change based on many factors, including business needs.

Compensation. Salary Range: $68,000- $85,000. This base pay range is specific to Louisville, KY and may not be applicable to other locations.
