What we need:

Mohawk is looking for a Team Lead Order Execution Fulfillment who can do more for Mohawk's Flooring North America brands.

This role will serve as a single point of contact for Territory Managers and District Managers & RVPs within our Residential Sales group and provide lead support to 10+ specialist supporting order fulfillment.

What you'll do:

• Analyze customer backorders, investigate problems, and provide solutions.
  

• Responsible for training all new hire Sr Order Execution Fulfillment Specialist on their daily task and routine.
  
• Offer alternate product solutions where appropriate with the goal of retaining customers' business.
  
• Provide support for order management activities to include check and reserve stock, order status, locate inventory, order modification, and order entry.
  
• Provides daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
  
• Monitors unit activities for compliance to company procedures and workflows.
  
• Identify areas of process improvements that will lead to better servicing the customer.
  
• May include other duties assigned by Management.
  

What you have:

• 2-3 years of progressively responsible related experience or Associates Degree with 3-5 years related experience.
  
• Minimum of 5 years of related customer facing experience.
  
• Demonstrated growth with progressive roles.
  
• Experience in Flooring Industry is preferred.
  
• Working knowledge of computers and Intermediate level of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.

• Understanding of and proficiency in activities that make up the functional accountabilities of Operations areas: methods, processes, procedures, and techniques.
  
• Understanding of Company processing systems and interfaces as they impact department processing.
  
• Understanding of management practices: administrative management, project control, supervisory techniques, analysis and design techniques, quantitative methods; resource management; planning, logic follow-through.
  
• Strong oral and written communication skills; effective interpersonal skills. Good judgment, tact, and diplomacy, Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate employees and raise their skillset.
  
• Broad knowledge of the Company's product and services and systems.
  
• Ability to perform multiple tasks and manages time effectively.
  
• Strong commitment to customer/client satisfaction.
  
• Planning and Inventory Management preferred.
