Job Summary
The Technical Writer - Default Servicing Operations is a professional information communicator that oversees the management and creation of documentation requirements for the business units within Default Servicing Operations. This includes, but is not limited to: defining, tracking, monitoring and creating processes and procedures. This role is responsible for producing detailed Process & Procedures, User Guides, Reference Guides, Letters, Emails, and Process flows; as well as developing and maintaining tracking matrix and adhering to agreed-upon project schedules.
