GLOBAL TECH LEARNING STRATEGY LEAD

We are seeking a Global Lead for Tech Learning. This role can sit in any ZS office in North America.This role will partner with senior stakeholders to drive and set the learning agenda and strategy for ZS tech team members across their career including but not limited to interns, new hires, and upskilling team members into advancing their skills across software development, advanced analytics, security and cloud.

This role reports to the Global Talent Development in the Learning COE. The role will work as part of a matrixed Talent Development and HR team and will provide a blend of Instuctional design, learning strategy and project management. They will support and manage the work of the work program managers, vendors, content developers and instructional designers.

Responsibilities:

• Partner across HR, Learning and Business Technology / Digital & Technology stakeholders to design and execute on a learning strategy for 5,000+ ZSers across the globe and inform leadership on the progress and impact
• Develop a Tech learning roadmap that aligns with vision and strategy of ZS's priorities
• Recommend and guide program solutions emerging learning tech in a multi-modality approach
• Designs and executes on instructional strategy and interventions at a global level
• Provides regular updates on program impact and insights and recommendations of learning offerings and interventions
• Works as a learning designer and indirectly oversees project contributors on learning design and development
• Oversees the design through implementation phases of global leaning programs, including guidance for delivery at a regional level.
• Manages program delivery as needed for global offerings if needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 8+ work experience in a learning role
• Demonstrated experience overseeing project reports and collaborating in a matrixed environment under aggressive timelines
• Experience designing and implementing technology learning interventions and managing associated challenges
• Expertise in instructional and learning strategy, design and training program expert
• Ability to establish relationships across levels, roles and across geographies;

Preferred Qualifications:

• Work as a learning consultant or in a professional services firm
• Experience building scalable programs in hyper growth environments
• Understanding of large scale, strategic development programs, including technical content design, development, and implementation

ZS is a global consulting firm. Fluency in English is required; additional fluency in at least one European or Asian language is desirable.
