We are looking for a temporary Receptionist who is able to start June 17th and work for 7 weeks!
Responsibilities:
* Respond to incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate staff members.
* Welcome and greet guests at the dealership, identify the purpose of their visit, and offer refreshments.
* Guide customers to the relevant department, introduce them to the appropriate individuals, or inform the designated sales consultant or manager of their presence.
* Maintain a pleasant appearance in the customer waiting area.
* Complete occasional filing and perform miscellaneous clerical tasks as required.
Requirements:
* Preferably possess a minimum of 1 year of customer service/administrative experience.
* High School Diploma, GED, or currently pursuing one.
* Demonstrated customer service and communication skills.
* Display an enthusiastic, dynamic, and team-oriented personality.
* Intermediate proficiency in computer programs, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
