Job Summary:

The Temporary Administrative Coordinator will provide the Executive MBA Program with administrative support.

This is a temporary position 37.5 hours per week, will last approximately a month and will work at both Gleacher and Harper Center.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with class and event related preparations.
  • Preparing name badges, neck wallets and table tents.
  • Packing boxes.
  • Organizing folders
  • Other administrative duties as required.

Competencies:
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, think creatively, and react to changes and adjustments.

Education, Experience or Certifications:

Education:
  • High school diploma or GED.

Experience:
  • Administrative experience required.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
  • Work some evenings and weekends.
