SUMMARY
The Training Scheduler will help to develop and execute reports to inform decisions related to training daily operations and ensure the accuracy of scheduled events and assigned resources.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following, but not limited to:
- Use software systems to develop and maintain training schedules
- Make real-time adjustments to the training schedule as needed
- Help implement new tracking systems for initial and recurrent training
PERFORMANCE STANDARDS/MEASUREMENTS;
- Regular attendance
- Potential need to work flexible hour and be available for short notice needs
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Identify safety concerns, issues, or hazards that should be reported and report them by any means necessary
QUALIFICATIONS:EDUCATION and/or CERTIFICATION:
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
- One (1) year of applied experience with analytics and/or scheduling
- Experience in the airline or cargo scheduling
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE:- Prior use of AIMS tracking system
SKILLS and/or ABILITIES:Computer and office equipment
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES AND REQUIREMENTS OF THIS POSITION:- Up to 10 pounds, generally not required
