This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Transfer Pricing Tax Professional , you will be responsible to:

  • Define and implement Siemens Healthineers transfer pricing guidelines and independently drive technical transfer pricing projects
  • Be responsible for the operational transfer price steering of Siemens Healthineers Group companies; prepare repors and studies for management as requested
  • Defend Siemens Healthineers transfer pricing in domestic and foreign tax audits, may act as first accountable point of contact for tax authorities, as well as support APA and MAP procedures, as applicable
  • Monitor global and local legislative changes in the area of transfer pricing and check possible effects on intra-group transactions
  • Coordinate and manage the preparation of transfer pricing reports by external consultants which includes providing the relevant data and factual foundations of transactions that require documentation
  • Drive digitalization projects within the tax function to automate and optimize tax and transfer pricing related processes

  • The ideal candidate will be able to multitask and deal in a calm and balanced way with a variety of projects both expected and unexpected.
  • Provide subject matter expert with comprehensive and authoritative (broad and deep) experience in the field of transfer pricing to support and advise the business areas of the Siemens Healthineers Group on the structuring of cross-border value chains and transactions.
  • Act as a specialist within the organization.
  • Work collaboratively with the U.S. Head of Tax for Siemens Healthineers as well as other members of the Tax Department.
  • Act as a point of contact for external tax advisors, CFOs of Siemens Healthineers entities, as well as external auditors and tax authorities

Required skills to have for the success of this role

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Finance, Economics or another related field
  • Extensive professional experience (minimum of ten (10)+ years) in the field of transfer pricing consulting and/or tax in a capital market-oriented, globally active company
  • Strong business and economic knowledge (including financial analysis, market and competition analysis)
  • Strong analytical skills that enable you to quickly process and solve complex transfer pricing issues
  • Ability to form relationships and collaborate across global matrixed functions, including the ability to interact effectively within various levels of management
  • In-depth experience in the use of common data processing programs (e.g., MS Office, SAP BW)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with international tax concepts enacted as part of U.S. tax reform (TCJA) a plus

This position will be based out of one of the Siemens Healthineers' north east offices in New York, New Jersey or Pennsylvania, under a hybrid work model. The individual will have flexibility to work remotely, as well as in the office for meetings, projects, or collaboration time. Travel may also be required (about 10% of the time).

The pay range for this position is $115,000 - $160,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
