Description: We are seeking a Travel Nurse Practitioner to join our team!

This is a unique opportunity to combine your clinical expertise with the excitement of travel, all while providing essential in-home health assessments to patients in their communities.

•Pay - HIGHLY competitive, paid per assessment - dependent upon experience.

•Contract - ongoing (no end date)

•Daily Living/Travel Expenses will be covered.

•Schedule - Must work at least 4 days a week - Create your own schedule

•All training and equipment are provided by the client.

•W2 position paid weekly.

About the Role:

As a Travel Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in ensuring patients receive the care they need in the comfort of their own homes.

You will conduct comprehensive health assessments, develop care plans, order necessary diagnostics, educate patients on their conditions, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

•Conduct thorough in-home patient assessments across the state of Ohio

•Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.

•Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed.

•Educate patients on their health conditions and medications.

•Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers.

•Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently.

•Maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor.

Qualifications:

•Active Nurse Practitioner license in Ohio.

•Have a Minimum of 6 months experience as a Nurse Practitioner

•Master's Degree required OR commensurate experience and satisfactory completion of NP licensure

•Board certified by the AANP, ANCC or the AACCN in an approved specialty

•Have a current BLS, ACLS or CPR certification

•Have strong computer skills and familiarity with Employee health/medical record software
