We are one of the industry's leading designers and builders of Agricultural production facilities across the United States. We are looking for qualified Superintendents in the agricultural and industrial space who are open to travel, or local, and willing to stick out on job sites for months on end up to 2 years time. Travel/per diem accommodations will be provided and allowance for going back home biweekly is offered!
What You Need for this Position -Minimum 2 years+ Superintendent experience in the industrial/agricultural space
-Strong coordinating relationships with subcontractors
-Organization, coordination, and management of all field activities
-Provide field direction for all involved in project and ensure closeout phases with focus
-Develop and execute communications process for collaboration with all project stakeholders

What You Will Be Doing The Super provides field direction for subcontractors and oversight for the project throughout the execution and closeout phases with a specific focus towards the management of safety, quality, schedule, cost, and scope of work performance. In addition, the Super will provide management and monitoring of schedule progress against the schedule plan while mitigating risk to our company and the Owner.

The Super shall develop the execution and communication processes for tight collaboration with all project stakeholders and partners (internal & external) to ensure all field activities are well integrated and coordinated.
