The Treasury Manager is responsible for corporate liquidity, debt, and risk management related to the company’s daily cash activities. The principal accountabilities are to track and forecast cash flow positions and funds available.

Position Responsibilities and Duties: 

  • Assists with the oversight of cash management operations (cash positioning, internal approvals, funding optimization).
  • Responsible for the system development of Treasury related products, bank modules and ERP systems
  • Develop/maintains Treasury process & policy documentation to ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, procedures, various loan covenants
  • Act as Bank Administrator – user and account set up and maintenance for all banks/users/services
  • Generates daily & monthly Cash Flow reports and oversees the cash forecasting process
  • Manage, direct, and develop Senior Treasury Analyst in all aspects of daily cash flow
  • Initiate draws and letter of credits on revolver needed
  • Interface with all levels management and collaborate with other departments to achieve goals and standards
  • Responsible for all cash-related audit requests
  • Leads Treasury ad hoc projects
Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance or accounting
  • Master’s degree, preferably MBA or focus in finance a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in Treasury and cash management
  • CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) credentials a plus
  • Previous experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) is highly desired
  • Excellent communication skills, strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and meet expected deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to effectively leverage system and spreadsheet applications
  • Zealous attention to detail
  • Desired experience with banking cash and debt management systems
