What you'll do...

Senior Facilitator with Dental Hygienist/Assistant certification for the Fort Worth, Texas market.

Enhances the dental learner experience by ensuring the environment is conducive to learning. Engages subject-matter experts to develop practical application scenarios. Guides associate performance and behavior during courses. Gathers training feedback and reviews results. Researches, compiles, and analyzes data to recommend learning program and operational process enhancements. Remains current on course materials and facilitation best practices. Implements program improvements to course content to ensure learning objectives are met. Oversees the maintenance and upkeep of training equipment and resources.

Delivers dental training courses by applying adult learning techniques and blended delivery methods. Rehearses course content prior to delivery. Communicates policies, guidelines, company expectations, and company culture. Observes participant engagement during courses.; Answers questions related to course content and concept application. Gathers feedback on courses.

Coordinates and improves onboarding processes for dentists, dental assistants, dental hygienists, and treatment coordinators.

Coordinates training schedules for new site launch with vendor partners.

Develops techniques that increase facilitation effectiveness. Develops best practice approaches and ensures integration into the facilitation program. Delivers training materials. Assesses facilitator performance. Provides guidance on facilitator development and performance skills in learning solutions delivery. Develops and delivers train-the-trainer programs. Collaborates with internal customers . Engages in facilitation interventions to build facilitator capability and positively impact contact center operations.

Trains associates in x-ray and clinical sterilization techniques.

Builds and delivers applicable dental training content to associates.

Conducts and builds associate feedback sessions to improve the dental service line. Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring and training. Mentors, assigns duties, and provides recognition. Promotes diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales.

Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.

Minimum Qualifications...

1 year's experience in dental management.
2 years' experience leading and designing dental training activities.
