What you'll do as a VIP Content Associate:

• Coordinate marketing calendars and create meeting cadences for planning and execution.
  
• Monitor & ensure VIP creative for customer communications follows our brand guidelines & standards.
  
• Understand & test offer flow from a customer perspective.
  
• Work closely with the VIP team to ensure customer lifecycle promo strategy flows properly.
  
• Partner with our Player Development & Customer Experience Teams to gain insights on player preferences and feedback on promotions.
  
• Partner with our RevOps teams to communicate & escalate pertinent information from our customer-facing teams.
  
• Provide information on promotions with state teams.
  
• Create synergies and maintain best practices guides.
  
• Consistently striving to improve the DraftKings VIP experience, thinking critically and creatively about ways to make the VIP promotional strategy the most impactful it can be.
  
• Become an expert on your region of states - constantly staying up to date on key sporting events, holidays, and other marquee events that would impact our marketing calendar.
  

What You'll Bring:

• A passion for improving customer experience, solving problems, and driving positivity amongst the team
  
• 1+ years of related experience in the Gaming, customer service, or hospitality industries.
  
• Organization and high attention to detail, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously often under challenging time constraints.
  
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  
• Have the ability to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses.
