What we need:

Mohawk is looking for a Vice President of Product Management to lead the Product Management team, drive innovation and optimize profitability for our Commercial, Hospitality and International division. This position will own planning and execution for the life cycle of all product platforms within the division to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve the company's revenue and strategic goals.

What you'll do:

• Lead a team of product directors and managers who are responsible for specific commercial product platforms
• Develop and maintain a portfolio strategy that ensures full coverage across platform, price, aesthetic and performance
• Set and achieve goals for sales, margin, inventory turns and platform newness
• Partner with sales leadership on key customer negotiations around product, pricing and scheduling
• Conduct product forecasting to determine demand, shipments and appropriate inventory levels
• Initiate strategies to ensure product placement through all channels of distribution
• Conduct market research and trend analysis to lead product development targets
• Recommend new product additions and identify market moves that will position Mohawk to capture additional share

What you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business or related field with 10 years of successful product management experience required. (Flooring industry experience preferred.)
• Previous project management experience in a cross-functional environment required, including successfully organizing, planning and executing large-scale projects from vision through implementation
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products and demand planning principles
