Primary Function of Position

 

Intuitive is seeking for a Product Manager to lead XR learning solutions. The XR Learning Product Manager will own the planning and development of XR innovative programs and learning solutions for the Professional Education & Program Services (PEPS) organization globally.  The XR Learning Product Manager will be responsible for analyzing customer needs, markets trends, and the competitive landscape to inform the development and evolution of our XR learning solutions. He/she will be responsible for developing the XR value framework to inform and enable our learning innovation strategy and work with cross-functional teams to drive development and execution. The successful candidate will have strong analytical and technical skills and work closely with Engineering, UXD, Human Factors, Instructional Design, and business leaders to define, plan, execute, and manage XR learning solutions worldwide. We are looking for a strategic leader with strong product management skills to join us in our journey to transform customer learning.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to gather customer needs and key market insights to support strategy development for differentiated solution development.
  • Work with stakeholders in a matrixed environment to capture business needs, use cases, and KPIs to establish a shared vision for proposed XR solutions leading to prioritization for new product development.
  • Translate market and business requirements in product requirements.
  • Lead a cross-functional team through the ideation, technical development, evaluation, and launch of XR learning products.
  • Lead pilot programs, usability studies, research, and market analysis to inform XR product strategy and exceed customer expectations.
  • Define key performance indicators for new XR learning solutions to monitor adoption, customer satisfaction and business ROI; analyze metrics to inform opportunities to maximize customer success, drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Keep up to date with industry advancements and competitive landscape to inform the XR learning roadmap & maintain differentiated product offerings.

 

Skills/Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree required in engineering, computer science, education, or related field. Masters’ degree in healthcare, educational technology or business related studies preferred.
  • Minimum 8+ years’ experience in product management or product marketing roles, preferably in healthcare technology related roles
  • Experience in XR required
  • Proven expertise in developing marketing strategies related to learning technology programs 
  • Ability to evaluate “voice of customer” data and apply that data to service and product development opportunities
  • Proven ability to work on cross-functional teams and communicate with colleagues in both business and healthcare roles
  • Experience gathering business and customer requirements and translating into product requirements
  • Analytical skills and demonstrated ability to gather and interpret significant amounts of data to make business recommendations
  • Critical thinking skills to assess all available information and determine the marketing strategy that is best for a company
  • Detail-oriented in order to complete precise data analysis
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex customer facing projects with multiple stakeholders worldwide
  • Experience in using clinical and/or business literature to evaluate practices; use of evidence based principles to determine best course of action
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to present information in a clear and concise manner to various healthcare, technical, business stakeholder, and leadership audiences
  • Ability to independently operate and lead through ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
